Genuine Liftgate Parts will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for all orders, unless a sales tax exemption/resale certificate is on file and you can be set up as a Distributor/Dealer in our system. To setup an account that reflects your company’s tax exemption/resale certificate at time of purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your Wholesale account.
Tax may be collected on some orders drop shipped directly from Anteo. Tax will be collected at the time of the order but may be requested afterwards, if the order is placed online by the end customer. A wholesale form for the customer's state can be provided in applicable situations to remove the tax charge.
Special Order/Drop Ship Anteo Parts
While Genuine Liftgate Parts stocks a large assortment of Anteo parts, every so often, items may be out-of-stock or unavailable online. We do offer drop shipping for all Anteo parts listed on the site or for special orders. To arrange a drop shipment, please have your liftgate’s model and serial number on hand and contact us at email@example.com or call (610) 557-8201.
Shipping cut off times and methods vary from Anteo and are beyond the control of Genuine Liftgate Parts. We do not guarantee Anteo parts that are drop shipped to be received on a specific day. Be sure to call and verify with Genuine Liftgate Parts before placing your order if the order will be received during your desired time frame. Please allow 3-5 additional days for processing and contacting Anteo.
Orders will be shipped directly from Italy via DHL and the freight costs will be added onto your order. You will receive a quote for the parts and the shipping costs that you must sign before Genuine Liftgate Parts will place the order with Anteo.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any special order part that is approved for return to Genuine Liftgate Parts. For an RMA approval, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: The Anteo factory, in Italy, is shut down the entire month of August for Holiday. Please keep this in mind when planning drop ship orders. Please contact email@example.com if you have questions regarding your orders placed during this time.
All parts will be shipped via UPS. A physical address is required for all shipments. Next Day Air orders received before 2:00PM CST will ship out the same day, provided the products ordered are in stock. Orders received after 2:00PM CST will ship out the next business day.
Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees based on the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict final customs cost.
When your order is shipped directly from Genuine Liftgate Parts you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking number (For drop shipments please allow 1-2 business days). Genuine Liftgate Parts has no control over the shipment once it has left the facility. These tracking numbers let us, and you, know when your package was delivered. If the number indicates that a delivery was made, and your package is missing, please notify Genuine Liftgate Parts within 7 days of the delivery date so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Out of Stock Items
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering, is our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive in Genuine Liftgate Parts’ warehouse. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. Although we do our best to keep our availability online up-to-date, our website may allow you to place an item in your cart and purchase it. During the processing of the order, if the part is out of stock, you will be notified by Customer Service that it is no longer in stock and the item will then ship to you as soon as the part is back in stock and available for shipment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Genuine Liftgate Parts will accept returned items that are in new condition, unaltered or free of damage by the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, included in all return packages. All returns must have a RMA number. To request your RMA number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (610) 557-8201. Your original packing list and a return shipping label will be emailed to you with your RMA number and instructions on returning your item(s). Your RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the return box.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and must be approved by a Genuine Liftgate Parts associate:
- Parts returned with obvious signs of use.
- Any item returned not in its original condition, or with damage or missing parts (reasons not due to a manufacturing or shipping error)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment,
Refunds on shipping costs will only be approved for items that are defective due to a manufacturing error or if the incorrect item was shipped to you by Genuine Liftgate Parts, you can return the incorrect item for a refund or a replacement.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your banking institution to verify the refund has not been processed.
If you paid with a credit/debit card and payment has not been posted to your credit card/bank account, then contact your bank/credit card institution. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Each banking institution has a unique time frame for funds to be available in your account, so please contact them to inquire about pending refunds on your account.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. If you mail your item(s) back without contacting us, your exchange or return may be invalid.
The exchange process is designed to protect both buyers and sellers. If we decide that a customer is misusing returns and exchanges on our site, they may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on buying and return privileges and/or account suspension.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is deemed defective due to error in manufacturing or if the incorrect item was shipped. If you use the pre-printed shipping label provided with the return document, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item back on your own, we advise using a trackable shipping service and if the value of the part(s) is more than $75 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to make sure the item is received by Genuine Liftgate Parts.
